Role

As a Business Support Student Assistant, assist our Senior Executive Assistant as well as the leadership team of Logistics & Services with administrative tasks – so knowledge to logistics not needed. We are looking for someone independent and proactive, who approach their work with curiosity and eagerness. This position provides the opportunity to get exposed to a global working environment, where you can build strong communication and organizational skills.

Day to Day Could look Like:

• Supporting the Senior Executive Assistant across a range of business support tasks and projects
• Managing meeting room and catering bookings
• Managing director calendars and meeting coordination
• Assisting in booking travel and accommodation for directors
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Assist in processing director expenses
• Manage social and engagement activities for the business area

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate studying an undergraduate degree with more 12months or more remaining
• Passionate about providing a seamless administrative service to our directors
• Confident in managing multiple and changing priorities and stakeholders
• Willingness and capability to rapidly learn new systems and tasks
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft software platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
