Build something new, while being part of something bigger
We recently opened our first office in The Netherlands (Amsterdam), and you have the chance to become a part of this amazing journey as our first Client Strategist. You will be responsible for securing the client the best possible output from our deeply specialised marketing experts as well as identify opportunities and make their digital marketing strategy come to life.

s360 is an award-winning digital consultancy founded in Denmark with +250 employees across The Nordics and The Netherlands - they will all be your colleagues!

We are growing at +40% and specialise in digital marketing. We help some of the most ambitious companies, such as KIA, Axel Arigato, and Sephora, craft digital strategies that are measurable and data-driven.


You’re the expert on your client portfolio
Through a deep understanding of the client’s business, you manage to translate performance marketing into insights and recommendations that contribute to creating growth for your customers.

More specifically your task portfolio will include:

  • Responsibility for own customer portfolio

  • Be the strategic advisor and business sparring partner for your customers across digital marketing, tech and data

  • Preparation of digital strategies, media strategies, project descriptions and media plans

  • Setting up and preparing budgets and reporting

  • Project management of complex customer projects with multiple stakeholders


In addition, you are the kind of person that thrives in a fast-paced and ever changing environment, who stays hungry and curious to learn and improve.
This is you
You have experience from management consulting or similar client facing roles. You have an affinity with digital marketing and are curious to become an expert in the field.

We imagine that:

  • You have +5 years of experience from agencies and/or management consulting

  • You are used to manage clients

  • You understand the importance of communicating to the point and deliver presentations of a high standard in English. Dutch is an added bonus.

  • You manage to create trust, be present and show empathy in your dialogues with customers as well as colleagues

  • You can work independently and efficiently with a focus on getting the task done the best way possible

  • Your strengths lie in building a great business from the ground up


This role is based in our Amsterdam office, and an EU work permit is a necessary requirement.
