The Job
We are looking for a Solution Manager to develop our solutions within the Electronic Warfare area for our global market. We offer a total Electronic Warfare management package consisting of coherent and cost-effective solutions that provide our customers with the ultimate freedom of choice. This entails a high activity level with many business opportunities, that we must continuously pursue. This means that the work environment is dynamic and characterized by multiple parallel projects and short deadlines.
The position is based in our Headquarter in Lystrup, Aarhus. You can expect approximately 30-50 international travel days per year.
In close collaboration with Business Development, Product Management and Technology & Innovation you will be responsible for defining the technical solution required to meet the expectations of our global customers in the Electronic Warfare market. More specifically your responsibilities are:
As our new Solution Manager, you will work across the Aeronautics organization in both US and DK and with close contact to our regional offices. You will be a core member of our team and a core player in the growth scenario we are expecting in the Electronic Warfare domain.

- Bring the best customer technical solution to the market, when ensuring market requirements and Terma Aeronautics strategy are honered

- Responsible for the most optimal supplier combination
- Create and maintain solution roadmaps
- Collecting business intelligence data
