QHSE Manager - Industrial refrigeration and sustainability

We are looking for a talented and proven QHSE individual with management experience within production and administration, to be based in Holme.

You will have extensive interface throughout the Sabroe Factory organization, where our Engineering and development departments also form close collaboration on production. As part of the local leadership & Plant Manager’s teams, you will operate within the QHSE global function with an alignment to the Quality Director HVAC/R.

At Johnson Controls, you will join a truly diverse and global organization in a fast-moving, value-based work environment with future growth opportunities. In your role you will lead a team of 4-6 managers, all with direct reports themselves.

What you will do

• Be a part of the Management team on site, supporting the organization alongside our Plant Manager
• Drive and lead our QHSE team members and specialists
• Develop and maintain systems and structures to drive improvement and support the effective maintenance for (ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and support legal requirement or other requirements such as PED (Pressure Equipment Directive)
• Implement QHSE solutions that support the operational and customer requirements including lifting operations, as well as embedding Vendor management approach covering end to end points of focus and improvements
• Implementation of QHSE tools and the support of NPI / RCLP process, with close engagement with the local Engineering team and across our Business Product
• KPI’s, monthly reports and general improvements
• Be a part of the production’s improvements and support, participate with your team members on CCC, BCC, PCC meeting
• Furthermore, you will be part of the HVAC / R Quality & EHS group as well as the global HVAC / R team

We are looking for

• Experience within Operational QHSE management (on-site)
• Experience of leading leaders
• Proven knowledge of the ISO standards mentioned above
• A good understanding of risk management principles and application of barriers and critical controls
• Facilitation skills and ability to influence
• Proficient in verbal and written Danish and English
