As Senior Associate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and measuring the impact of marketing materials and programs. In this role you will be responsible to support the overall business strategy, which includes but is not limited to: owning small- to mid-sized marketing campaigns and launches from start to finish, supporting the Marketing Manager in rollout of a new SaaS solution, and working with Head of Design Services to define and plan effective lifecycle marketing.Your key responsibilities

Driving the company's global marketing efforts by strategically planning and orchestrating global marketing campaigns.

Work with multiple business units to create content for emails, social media channels, websites, and paid ads (weekly targets).

Assist General Manager/ business development team in monthly webinars for various business units.

Work with the business development team on driving relevant content to increase SEO.

Work with Business Development team in organizing and participating in relevant trade shows globally.

Plan and manage marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.

Build and maintain relationship with a region in order to ensure their alignment with global priorities and/or work in close collaboration with the Marketing.

To succeed in this position, you will need: Professional:

Between 2-3 years of marketing experience ideally in an international environment - experience in the medical industry, consultancy or B2B is a plus.

Strong presentation skills.

Proactive and structured mindset, with a keen eye for process improvement and an interest in change management.

Strong project management toolbox and experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Personal:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into actions.

Ability to build relationships and make an impact at all levels – both within 3Shape as well as with our external partners.

Demonstrate effective problem management skills.

Constructive and likes to contribute to building a positive work environment.

Excellent written and spoken English (required) secondary major language (a plus).
