Would you like to learn about the person behind the customer? We are now looking for a quantitative Customer Insight Analyst with excellent research and data analysis skills to join the Customer Behavioural Insights-team in Copenhagen.

About this opportunity
Welcome to Customer Behavioural Insights - a Nordic team working across all four countries to deliver strategic customer insights based on qualitative and quantitative methods, often in collaboration. We support internal departments ranging from local business development teams to Nordic teams responsible for Nordea’s strategic marketing, communication and branding. As the Customer Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for driving research studies across the Nordic countries, with an explicit focus on customer behaviour and preferences.
What you will do:
You’ll join a team driven by curiosity and exploration, with team members who have a mix of backgrounds in behavioural science, statistics, psychology, anthropology, survey design and experimental test methods. The position is based in Copenhagen, where you will be teaming up with a colleague working with qualitative research studies.
