Systems Administrator

We are looking for a new team member of Operations team who will help us with administration of Windows servers for all our customers.To ensure success as a Systems Administrator, you should have knowledge of Windows server setup, troubleshooting and maintenance, and the ability to solve IT issues. About the job

Your role will be to manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server products with experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud, knowledge of Azure Backup and Azure monitor.You will be responsible for configuration, operation, maintenance of on-premises Microsoft based systems, and occasional patching of systems. Basic experience in Azure is required because we might potentially expand to Azure based systems. You will also participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. You will also ensure that operating systems, software systems, and related procedures comply with internal and external standards and security requirements.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Fix Microsoft servers issues and ensure they run optimally
• Route Cause Analysis - Handle escalated incidents and requests
• Assist on the Deployment process for Window Servers
• Perform Operational Acceptance tests on Window Servers
• Support solutions across technologies running on Azure, private cloud and on premise, Azure backup and Azure monitor

What do you need for this role?

• 2+ year of experience working within Microsoft server operation
• Basic experience with Azure Backup and Azure monitor
• Experience with various versions of Microsoft Windows Server
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, IIS, SSL, troubleshooting
• Experience with backup and restore
• Experience with customization of basic PowerShell Scripts
• Basic understanding of network (TCP/IP Model)
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• To be familiar with OS monitoring tools
• Be Microsoft Azure certified
• Have good analytical and Communication/Interaction skills
• To have an ability to interact with customers in a clear, concise, professional manner by phone and email
