We are now looking for a Specialist Quality Advisor in Billund

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse performance on completeness and integrity of shipments
  
  
• Daily stock takes and communication of empty equipment
  
  
• Check Warehouse in and out flows (actual vs target)
  
  
• Oversee ULD build up including ramp handling and loading where applicable (adherence to Policies & Processes)
  
  
• Warehouse checks
  
  
• Monitor the Warehouse process including timing from Cargo Arrival, ULD build up & screening
  
  
• Reporting of irregularities in the warehouse process
  
  
• Support in daily ULD Inventory counting and count accuracy
  
  

Accountable for

• Reduction of irregularities (wrong loading, damage, ULD build up)
  
  
• Ensure Maersk Service standard is kept
  
  
• Connection between Office & Warehouse
  
  
• Regular alignment with Hub Management on Process deviations & optimization
  
  

Critical Experience

• Experience in Airline/Freight Forwarding Warehouse handling
  
  
• Interest in engaging with Suppliers
  
  
• Customer minded
  
  
• Structured working methods
  
  
• Team player
