Join an international team

You will be part of Group Accounting where we form a finance business partner set-up with colleagues in Denmark, Poland and Portugal. Handling areas both within and outside IT, we play a key role in bridging business performance and financial statements while providing overall support to the business functions and Group Finance.

Understand the business and provide valuable insights

In this role, you will do financial analysis and monthly financial reporting along with forecast and budget for group areas such as Global IT, Compliance, Commercial, Insurance, Procurement, Project Management, etc.

You will connect the Finance and Business departments of our organisation by understanding the business needs and providing valuable insights that can inspire and guide business decisions. Acting as a trusted finance partner towards stakeholders for the executive management team, you will:

• Produce the yearly budget and handle monthly follow-ups on actuals as well as act as a gatekeeper on expenditures to reach the costs target
• Drive the budget and forecast planning process
• Interface with other group teams for any finance-related topics
• Prepare cost and result analysis for one or more Group departments
• Work closely with our stakeholders, supporting them to understand their numbers

Finance background and solid stakeholder management skills

Being able to influence your stakeholders in this role will enable you to drive the financial agenda. Also, as we grow rapidly through M&As, you have to be open to learning new things and great at finding solutions to new situations. Finally, we imagine that you:

• Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree within finance
• Have a few years of controlling or finance business partnering experience from a large, global company
• Have a few years of audit experience
• Are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
