SAP Cutover Lead - EMEA

What you will do

Can you lead the SAP cutover? Join us SAP Cutover Lead for the EMEA region. This role is responsible for running all aspects of cutover for the SAP implementation program in the region. The scope includes handling IT and Business teams in a matrixed organization and working with local, regional, and global IT teams to deliver SAP projects for our business units.

How you will do it

• Implement the Cutover Strategy for all EMEA business units migrating to SAP in accordance with the rollout plan
  
  
• Gather business and IT details for large, complex cutover plans in Microsoft Project, vital for successful go-lives
  
  
• Plan, communicate, and handle business interruption periods before launch and mitigate risk and impacts to workstreams
  
  
• Work closely with the regional Data Migration team to accurately sequence master and transactional data objects
  
  
• Participate and lead “mock” and simulation cutover exercises to instil go-live confidence
  
  
• Run readiness reviews and go/no-go criteria for business processes and IT workstreams
  
  
• Coordinate with project managers, business process owners, test leads, data migration leads, local IT leads, and other leaders
  
  

What we look for

Required

• Experience in leadership roles focused on the planning, design, and deployment of SAP
  
  
• SAP cutover experience
  
  
• Demonstrated integration background with the ability to ramp down legacy systems and ramp up edge applications that are part of the future state
  
  
• Solid project management skills, leading multiple regional project teams with individuals of diverse background
  
  
• Be determined, work independently at times, and make good, quick decisions with limited information
  
  
• Exceptionally good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
  
  

Preferred

• Microsoft Project skills building, executing, and reporting out of large, detailed cutover plans (.mpp) are highly preferred
  
  
• SAP experience in OTC, PTP, PTF, EWM, and RTR
  
  
• Overview of MDG, S/4, and BW
