In this position, you will be responsible for expanding and internationalizing the company, ensuring that ambitious sales targets are met both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will also encompass exploration of potential innovation and synergies in partnerships, such as Kamstrup and Blue Control.
As a direct report to the Chairman of the board, VP Digital Water Services at Kamstrup, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive sales growth, primarily focusing on Sweden and the DACH countries.
Your assignments will include commercial activities, strategic and business development, international market entries, financial growth, administrative and organizational development, as well as stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in strategic sales and commercial business development, ideally within the utility industry and supported by software. While documented sales and management results are crucial, a higher education degree such as an HD, cand.merc., or MBA is preferred.
As a commercial-minded individual driven by sales and performance, you should possess a structured and ambitious mindset to maintain an overview while achieving agreed-upon goals.

Travelling: Approx. 60-80 days per year abroad and in Denmark.
