Atea Digital Services (ADS) is Atea's own IT department and acts as a strategic business partner and a natural enabler in Atea's digitalization journey. You are offered a developing role among colleagues who help and support each other. Within ADS, we work across national borders and support Atea's entire organization. We are located in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Baltic States. We are now looking for a someone who wants to lead the Enterprise Architect Team.

About the position

As Head of Enterprise Architects your focus will be on innovation, team development and driving the maturity of our architectural discipline. You'll be responsible for leading a team, consisting of very strongly minded, independent and high performing individuals. You'll be tasked with overseeing all architectural aspects of our projects, ensuring they align with our strategic priorities and meet market demands.

Some of the main responsibilities

• Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations and market demand.
  
  
• Ensure the work is relevant and aligns with wider strategic priorities.
  
  
• Ensure that all projects are delivered from architecture side on-time, within scope, within budget and according to envisioned landscape.
  
  
• Innovate and develop new standards, policies and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  
  
• Manage a diverse team who creates, coordinates and executes multiple projects.
  
  
• Oversee recruitment efforts to staff project teams with architectural and engineering personnel as needed.
  
  
• Get the best out of people, give honest, motivating and enthusiastic messages about priorities, objectives and expectations.
• Provide top-level management with necessary estimations and reporting.

This is what we are looking for in You

We are looking for you who has experience as a leader combined with relevant background from the field of architecture at a senior level. You have current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes and regulations and the ability to look at the big picture, bring fresh perspective and consider the wider factors and long-term implications of decisions. Very important is that you are a very good listener and mediator and have excellent social skills, that creates relations easily across all spectres of personalities and acts as a role model for how to be a great teammate. You will collaborate with colleagues in all our countries, so you need to be able to speak English at a good level.
