We are currently looking for a Fleet Management Engineer to manage the Fleet.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Support our rental operations, focused on utilization improvement, always keeping in mind the global picture of the region North America.
• Optimize the fleet management across the region, countries considering all costs involved (cross borders, transport, modifications, …).
• Prepare the investment/ divestment plan to support the Rental North America Road Map
• Ensure high level of fleet utilization.
• Focus on unavailability goals by analyzing main root causes and implementing required action plans.
• Maximize the fleet reliability

Education and experience

• Must have a Bachelors in Engineer and good experience with our products in Specialty Rental.
