Atea Managed Services works across all Atea countries. In Operations, we need a responsible and dedicated leader for Network Operations. This group provides services to multiple countries, consisting of technicians in Norway and Sweden.

Responsibilities:

• Personnel responsibility for a network technician department in Norway and Sweden
• Building and developing the department
• Professional development of employees
• Bringing out the best in people, providing honest, motivating, and enthusiastic messages about priorities, goals, and expectations

We are looking for someone with leadership experience combined with relevant network expertise. You have knowledge of industry trends and technology and the ability to see the big picture. It is important that you are a good communicator and have good social skills, easily building relationships across all spectrums of personalities and serving as an example of how to be a good teammate. You will collaborate with colleagues in all our countries, so you must have a good level of English.

• Experience and/or interest in leadership and employee development
• Structured, accurate, and flexible
• Motivated by working with improvements, proactive, and curious
• Collaborates well across the organization
• Has good communication skills in Scandinavian language and English
