Your Mission…
The Fulfillment Center Manager will be responsible for maintaining the IT systems and applications, ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware and software, and providing technical support to end-users in our distribution center. She/He will work closely with other managers to identify and implement technology solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Main IT contact for the L'Oréal fulfillment center in Greve Understand the high-level concept of the group application portfolio in the fulfillment center Detailed knowledge of the technical setup, integrations, controls and configurations Support and manage installation of new software, configuration files and updates locally Coordinate the IT service delivery between supplier of software and fulfillment center Check that the solutions adopted comply with the IT security policies, standards and rules defined at company level Maintain up-to-date users‘ knowledge in the IT field Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices Onsite support to end-users, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution Support testing Your Profile…
You have 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in a distribution center or logistics environment You have strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware and software, and desktop applications You have strong vendor management skills to ensure efficient service delivery You are fluent in English and Danish You are a strong communicator, capable of facilitating effective collaboration with vendors and other stakeholders You have a high level of engagement and proactive approach to achieving results, keeping an eye on all the details You have strong stakeholder management skills and you are able to navigate, spar with and build relationships with stakeholders with all level of the organisation We are looking for Fulfillment Center Manager in Greve to start when we have found the right candidate.
