VP Group Finance
You will play a vital role in a global market-leading company

As VP Group Finance at Frontmatec Group, you will be part of a global organisation, allowing you to work with several colleagues, stakeholders, and one of the largest private equity firms. In 2022, Frontmatec, the leading global player in the red meat processing industry, was acquired by the international private equity firm KKR as a part of KKR´s Food Technology Investment Platform. As VP Group Finance, you will be a key player in establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with key business leaders throughout Frontmatec´s European units to ensure a successful collaboration to drive strategic initiatives and achieve impactful business results through the application of analytics.
With direct report to the European Business Leader and a dotted line to the CFO, you will be responsible for group financial disciplines within accounting and business partnering. You will have a direct report from two employees, the Group Finance Manager and the Head of Shared Services, and dotted line references from Finance Managers and Finance Directors in European business units. Furthermore, you will focus on improving and standardising internal processes across business units to ensure efficiency and full global compliance.
Your main areas of responsibilities are
You most likely have solid experience from an international corporate finance function in a company with a high level of complexity. You have demonstrated success in partnering with business leaders, have strong financial modelling skills, and can translate complex data into strategic insights. Furthermore, you have a solid understanding of financial areas such as global tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and internal controls and might have a background in an audit firm.
You have a Master´s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or similar combined with experience from a similar role in an international environment.
You have a collaborative and proactive problem-solving mindset that can identify issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation. You are a team player and can work cross-functional to achieve common goals. Finally, you have excellent communication skills and can effectively tell the financial story, explain results, and present potential solutions to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
