You will become a member of our talented DXC Technology Sales Organization in Europe. We are a High-Performance sales organization, that is thriving from working with our customers – often Industry Leaders – solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations.
We are looking Oracle Sales Professional (m/f/d) to join our Oracle Practice. DXC and Oracle have a 30-year historical relationship, working together to serve our customers better. We have attained an Oracle Excellence implementor status and are only one of two globally managed Oracle service providers throughout the IT industry with a combined work force of over 6,000 certified Oracle resources with 4,000 specialists. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and knowledgeable Sales, Solutioning and Advisory professionals across the EMEA region and help our major clients in their digital transformation journey.

On this role you will make an impact by:
- Develops Oracle sales pipeline to increase company’s market share in offering area.
- Use expertise in Oracle Modernisation, Oracle optimitisaton and Oracle Cloud to Customer adoption models to seek out new client opportunities and expand opportunities with existing clients to build pipeline and support pursuits working directly with clients and sales teams within DXC EMEA.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with DXC Account Teams like Account Executives and Technical Solutions Consultants, and DXC’s Partner Sales Teams to ensure proper engagement with these teams and customers.
- Support the development and delivery of the regional and global Oracle sales plan.
- Supports pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks. This includes input into EOI “Expression of Interests, RFI “Requests for information”, RFP “Requests for Proposal”, etc.
- Assists in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
- Proactively manages all Oracle resource requirements in the early stages of pursuit.
To be successful in the role you need to have:
- Minimum of 8 years of technical knowledge in the area Oracle and Oracle Modernisation (Application Transformation, Journey to Cloud).
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications and Products (SaaS, PaaS & IaaS), and exposure to Oracle’s licensing models, as well as an understanding of Oracle’s Consulting business and how it can fit into a partner relationship.
- Relevant experience in supporting and developing deals from $5 to $50 million contracted revenues in the field of Oracle.
- Unique and comprehensive Oracle services industry knowledge in multiple key industry IT domains
- Experience with international (EMEA) or global clients as well as international teams.
- Fluent in Danish in writing and speech
