The Team and Role

As our new PMO Team Lead you will be responsible for delivery in our PMO team of 4-5 employees. You ensure that Services and tasks are delivered within the agreed framework. When the organization wants new tasks or changes, the PMO Team Lead is the entry point and those involved help to describe and determine the scope, and ensure the subsequent task, delivery management and documentation for implementation. The PMO Team Lead will use approx. 25% of the time on managing tasks in the PMO, and the rest of the time on solving tasks in the PMO. Follows up on risk plans and services internal and external steering committees with relevant and professional reporting. Furthermore, the role includes:

• Receiving task orders, creating projects and tasks for e.g. time registration
  
  
• Organization charts and mailing groups
  
  
• Onboarding program for new employees
  
  
• Reporting to management, project managers and the customer
  
  
• Manage tools for resource, task and pipeline management
  
  
• Billing support
  
  

Basic qualifications

• Relevant higher education in public administration and administration, IT or related areas corresponding to minimum graduate level and extensive knowledge of IT industry knowledge or combination of other education. In both cases, at least 5 years of proven experience in solving directly comparable tasks are expected.
  
  
• Works independently based on broad guidelines and is fully responsible for their own work, including that assigned tasks are performed at the agreed time and quality.
  
  
• Broad educational and experiential foundation with in-depth knowledge of project management methods and best practices.
  
  
• Extensive experience with Excel, pivot, Power pivot, macros, as well as strong and structured task management. Advantage with knowledge of resource and task management in the IT consulting business (to understand the tools we provide).
  
  
• Significant experience in managing an overall customer project, follow-up, and coordination, including equipment, software and tools.
  
  
• Both English and Danish in writing and speech.
