Your new role as Partner Director
You will be responsible for building and leading an international sales organization, and for this you need to have a proven track record in this area. Your primary focus will be on forging strategic collaborations, securing new partnerships, and nurturing lasting relationships.
We are lookring someone who have done this before and can take on the lead embarking on a challenging strategic journey with our client.

The Partner Director role extends beyond geographical boundaries, and your experience with remote management makes your team succeed in their everyday work. One of your key responsibilities will be to spearhead international growth and expand the reach of green technologies. This will involve establishing partnerships in different countries, enabling organizations worldwide to embrace sustainability and contribute to a better future. You can expect about 20 travel days a year.

You play a crucial role in the decision-making process. Your expertise and insights will shape the company's strategic direction, product development, market expansion, and finding potential new partners. Fluency in English is required for this position, as it involves working with international partners and clients.

- Great leadership abilities especially within remote management.
- In-depth knowledge of the stratehic challenges in Channel Sales and OEM.
- A proven sales track record is needed to be a success in this position.
- Exceptional communication skills in at least Danish and English but other languages is an Absolut plus.
- Proven results as a Business Development Manager or VP.
