About your role
As we continue to grow, so does the demand for outstanding support among our partners. Apart from partner support, you will also assist partners and their customers in implementation, training, and testing of new releases.
Your primary tasks will include the following:

About your role
As we continue to grow, so does the demand for outstanding support among our partners. Apart from partner support, you will also assist partners and their customers in implementation, training, and testing of new releases.
Your primary tasks will include the following:
- Provide daily support via email or our web-based helpdesk platform to international Microsoft Dynamics partners, who need help to troubleshoot, install, configure, and use Continia products.
- Reproduce reported issues and transfer knowledge to Continia development team.
- Test new functionality.
- Document frequently asked questions and answers.
- Engage in continuous dialogue with solution specialists and development team regarding technically demanding support cases and requests for new solution features.
- Engage in full implementation of our solutions where partners need help.

- Ability to understand, solve, and – whenever necessary – reproduce issues, often in collaboration with our development team.
- A genuine interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.
- Ability to work in a structured way and to focus on multiple tasks.
- Ability to collect and convey requests and ideas for new features in future releases of Continia products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in English, Dutch and French.
- Experience with Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other Continia solutions an advantage, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows server environments and their technical configuration is an advantage.
- You are a skilled networker who is good at building connections and working together with both internal colleagues and external partners.
