Nurse - Embla

Your Duties
- To assess new patients who have contacted Embla seeking weight loss treatments by video consultation
- To promote with enthusiasm that healthy lifestyle changes in tandem with medication offers the optimal approach to lose weight with results
- To work closely - and in constant communication - with our GPs, supporting them to prescribe GLP-1 analogues and other weight loss treatments that are evaluated to be safe and effective for the patient.
- To provide competent explanations of the treatment they will be receiving including the side effects and contraindications
- To meet online with patients to evaluate how treatment is proceeding
- To be confident working with private fee-paying patients, including an understanding of how to discuss and promote different fee structures

Qualifications (this is a requirement and must be met):
You are a trained nurse and will adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct/HCPC standards at all times
You can work independently
