Within Atea Managed Services, in Operations and Servicedesk, we need a responsible and dedicated manager for the growing area Server Application Operations. This group provides services including Microsoft Exchange, O365, and other server applications to multiple customers in multiple countries. The team today consists of six senior technicians in the Nordics and the Baltics. Together with your colleagues in the Server Operations Team, you are responsible for ensuring that AMS as a delivery organization delivers according to agreed quality and customer expectations. You will be reporting to the Director of Server Operations and be a part of the management team.

Your main tasks in the role Manager Server Application are:

· Personnel responsibility for senior technicians, primary focus on Microsoft Exchange and O365

· Building and developing the department

· Contribute to employees developing in their profession

· Responsible for department budget

We are looking for someone who:

We are looking for someone with leadership experience combined with relevant technical knowledge within the server management area and IT operational services. You have knowledge of industry trends and technology and the ability to see the big picture. It is important that you are a good communicator and have good social skills, competent in building relationships across all spectrums of personalities and serving as an example of how to be a good teammate. You will collaborate with colleagues in all our countries, so you must have a good level of English.
