My name is Alex Arbo Strøm and I’m the hiring manager for this position and are looking for you to join my team in the Nordic. You might currently be working in a central or highly specialized role, within a larger company structure. You might be the product owner of a given system or are the one who has implemented this. You want to work closer with Enterprise architects and be engaged in cross-country decisions and implementation when needed.

The goal of the team is to implement new infrastructure changes and merge our business activities in 5 countries into one Nordic unit, in which you will play a key role in the strategic tasks for the coming years. This is a unique opportunity for you to be on the front of our transformation and gain unique experience in bringing Atea Managed Services (AMS) together into one of largest Nordic IT service providers.The team are currently staffed with members working from Sweden, Denmark and Latvia so you need English at a good level, both orally and in writing.

Regardless of whether our customers want to outsource parts or the entire IT operation, we are our customers preferred operating partner. About the position

My team work closely with our Enterprise Architects who have a strategic overview of vendors and technology in each of our operating countries. The task is to support the transformation from high-level to low-level designs and aid or work on the fit-gap analyses. Communication and expectation management between different stake holders is part of the road to successful implementation. With an investment budget of 1 billion NOK and over 400 different suppliers, we work hard to optimize our operating costs by consolidating and simplifying systems across the Nordic countries with the goal to work as ONE Atea.

Your primary tasks would among other things be:

• Assisting the Enterprise architecture team in fit-gap analysis.
• Analyzing existing architecture landscapes.
• Project management of various initiatives.
• Follow-up on the department's goals .
• Ensure a streamlined handover process towards the enterprise architects and our operation.
