Kickstart your consulting career with the NNIT SAP Business Graduate Program to be the link between business, technology, and people.

As part of this program, you will access a huge professional network in NNIT. You’ll get close to our customer and their businesses, and you add value from day one. The program starts in September 2024 and your workplace could be at our headquarter in Søborg or our office in Århus.

As graduate you’ll get the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled SAP Consultants and Project Managers servicing our large customer base across several industries.

After completing the 12-month program, you’ll continue your career as a SAP Consultant.

In the duration of the graduate program, you'll:

• Receive training based on your profile.
• Deep-dive into the SAP application and learning new technology.
• Work closely with a dedicated mentor to support your development.
• Apply your knowledge to real-life projects adapted to your capabilities.
• Get the opportunity to work on customer projects and to work on several types of projects using some of the newest technologies on the market.
• Learn how to work how to transform business processes into IT solutions.
• Learn how to act as a trusted advisor towards the customer and how to challenge and transform business requirements into holistic solutions within the SAP application.
• Be part of +80 dedicated SAP Consultants and Developers in Denmark, Czech Republic and the Philippines.
• Participate in the Young Professionals Community, thereby accessing a network of other young professionals in NNIT.

You will join NNIT SAP Business Services

Our SAP Business Services unit comprises approximately 85 skilled consultants organized into dynamic teams specializing in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Developer, Integration. Project and Application Management.

Your profile

You’re about to complete your master’s degree or have just finished it. Or maybe you have up to two years of work experience. Either way you’re ambitious and focused, and you want to start a career as a SAP Business Consultant - delivering business critical IT projects to our many customers.

• Most importantly: you’re eager to learn and have a strong interest in becoming a good business SAP Consultant.
• You have great interpersonal skills.
• You can think independently, and you believe strongly in the power of working together as a team.
• It is an advantage if you can understand the relations between business and financial or logistics processes and IT at the enterprise level.
• You are committed, self-driven and have a commercial mindset.
• You have good English and Danish skills, both verbal and written.
