Oversee the investigation planning, execution, forensic report writing and documenting. Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive investigative reports in a timely manner.
Present facts and trends to aid in the assessment of appropriate remediation measures in closed investigations, including analysis of root cause and suggested corrective strategies.
Provide effective recommendations and solutions to identified issues; ensure business agreement and tracking of defined actions.
Maintain existing SpeakUp channels and establishing new channels, where necessary
Maintain and further developing SpeakUp Manual, SpeakUp Review Manual and other relevant internal guidelines
Ensure compliance with the EU Whistleblowing Directive and other relevant legislation
Deliver trainings and coaching the first and the second line defence and local investigators in fraud related areas
Drive SpeakUp and GIA initiatives and projects including but not limited to strengthening internal controls in the fraud related areas, implementation of Fraud Management Framework, etc.
