About the role
We are looking for a Site Work Permit Officer to join our team of 40 passionate professionals in Site HSE & Construction Management. As a team, we are working on improving the health and safety environments at our sites and eliminate all unsafe work. Your role will be key in securing, that the permit to work (PTW) is prepared, presented, submitted and controlled to ensure that all documentation is in place on our projects.

As a Site Work Permit Officer, you’ll:
- Be the day-to-day responsible for administration of permits, including reviewing, coordinating, and managing the permits accurately and efficiently.
- Secure, that the individual permits to work (PTW) are prepared, presented, submitted and controlled to ensure that all documentation is in place before being signed off by the Construction Manager and Contractor.
- Ensure that permit applications from all contractors are submitted to allow for appropriate and sufficient planning and communication to all relevant parties.
- Support and train Contractors & Sub-contractors in fulfilling the PTW correctly and in due time.
- Control and verify, that the PTW reflect the actual work to be initiated.
- Oversee and mitigate all high-risk activities and work in areas where PTW is required – supporting the Site HSE Lead.
- Support the Site HSE Lead in having a complete overview of the activities to reflect the daily tasks covered by PTW.
- Effectively communicate with contractors, AMK-B, Construction Manager, Site HSE Lead and client employees to secure full compliance of the Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) and to make sure GMP requirements are met.
- Continuously look to improve PTW systems and best practices.

The miles you’ve walked

- Be familiar with Danish health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Relevant experience in construction (and commissioning).
- Preferrably knowledged in PTW procedures and systems.
- IT software relevant user experience.
