About the role

We are looking for a Site HSE Advisor to join our team of 40 passionate professionals in Site HSE & Construction Management. As a team, we are working on improving the health and safety environments at our sites and eliminate all unsafe work. Your role will be key in being responsible for consulting with contractor personnel and the construction management team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes governing environmental, health, and safety, as well as industry standards. As such, you'll be responsible for addressing HSE issues whenever onsite work is scheduled.

As a Site HSE Advisor, you’ll:

• Manage all applicable HSE programs and ensure that HSE is on the agenda item at all onsite meetings.
  
• Monitor, identify, assess, and manage HSE risks and hazards to support the consistent application of safe work methods.
  
• Maintain effective HSE communications and coordination between nne, contractors, and our clients.
  
• Organize and coordinate the investigation of any incidents and ensure that remedial actions have been agreed and carried out.
  
• Ensure applicable regulations, and codes governing environmental, health and safety, as well as industry standards.
  
• Execute requirements of the Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) and ensure that contractors are working accordingly.
  
• Auditor and monitor all contractor HSE programs. Ensure safety inspections including that contractors reports on observations and incidents and are compliant.
  
• Continuously look to improve safety standards and HSE guidelines, manuals, and best practice.
  
• Report regular safety inspections and safety observation.
  
• Conduct documented HSE assessments of work being performed in alignment with project and Danish Work environment requirements.
  
• Arrange and participate in Project Health and Safety training activities and hereby ensure that all relevant personnel are supplied with required trainings.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Relevant HSE experience as HSE in construction (and commissioning).
  
• IT software relevant user experience.
  
• Mandatory ’Danish Arbejdsmiljø uddannelse’ course.
  
• AMK-B/P 5 days course is appreciated.
  
• You speak and write Danish and English.
