Within Atea Managed Services (AMS), we are experts in IT operations. Regardless of whether our customers want to outsource parts or the entire IT operation, we are our customers preferred operating partner. We help free up resources and increase the overall efficiency of their IT organizations. We do this by delivering cost-effective operational services of the highest quality regardless of the customers platform requirements. This can apply in the customers own datacenter, in public cloud platforms or in our own Atea Cloud. Atea Managed Services is available in five countries and more than 1,500 employees work within the business area. We have operating personnel on duty around the clock.

This is what we are looking for:
We are looking for a manager for one of our Network Operations teams. In this role you will be a part of our Network Tower in Atea Managed Services. The members in your team will include technicians from several countries. Atea Managed Services has started a globalization journey, where we aim to become more for our customers through one common organization. The next years will encompass transformation and adaptation towards a common delivery between 5 countries through technical changes as well as unification of how we work.

Your responsibility will be to lead a cross-border group of network technicians. Making sure we deliver as expected, the team have the right level of competence and they are motivated and satisfied to be a part of Atea. You have a broad knowledge/overview of network competence and technology.

Qualifications and personal characteristics:

• You have a broad technical knowledge/overview within the network area.
• You have experience for Operations and are familiar with ITIL.
• You are a motivator for your team.
• You treat stakeholders and colleagues equally well.
• You are a team player and enjoy working for a common goal.
• You are committed to continuously improving.
• You build bridges with the rest of the organization.
• You practice English at a good level, both orally and in writing.
