CBRE Advisory & Transaction is looking for committed interns with an interest in commercial real estate. Our A&T Occupier Intern position is based in our Copenhagen office and will support the Occupier team on multiple aspects of commercial real estate leasing, portfolio services, and transaction management. The role

As an intern you will support the Occupier team in their projects by helping them prepare different sorts of material for clients, finding leads for new clients, business case development, client interaction, and portfolio services. The internship is usually around 8 weeks of full-time.

The ideal candidate should be in their third or fourth year of the M.Sc. program in Engineering, Surveying and Land Management. We imagine that you have gained some experience either from a student job or an internship within the Real Estate and/or Corporate Finance sector.

• You are experienced in Excel and PowerPoint
• You have a desire to learn and work in commercial real estate
• You are well articulated and manage to communicate written and orally
• You have an analytical and structured approach to your tasks
• You are persistent and an energetic self-starter
• You have the ability to think innovatively and creatively
