CBRE Valuation & Advisory is looking for committed interns with an interest in commercial real estate. Our Valuation Intern position is based in our Copenhagen office and you will be part of a dynamic and committed team that deals with valuations, market research and analysis. The main focus of this position will be to support the team with market research and data visualization that underpins business decisions for our clients. The role

As an intern you will support the Valuation team in their projects by helping them prepare different sorts of material for valuation purpose. The internship is usually full-time for around 8 weeks.

The ideal candidate should be in their third or fourth year of the M.Sc. program in Engineering, Surveying and Land Management. We imagine that you have gained some experience either from a student job or an internship within the Real Estate and/or Corporate Finance sector.

• You are analytical, service-minded and a team player.
• You have a desire to learn and work in commercial real estate.
• You have an analytical and structured approach to your tasks.
• You have strong numerical skills including the ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of numerical data into clearly defined outputs based on a project driven approach.
• You are interested in the cross-field of data and business intelligence and enjoy turning data into meaningful insights.
• You have solid knowledge and experience in working with Excel and PowerPoint.
