Student Assistant, Latin American Market

Your new Team


The Team consists of 3 people at the headquarters in Søborg and two colleagues sitting in Brazil. We are part of the project department, which handles the development of our project globally. In collaboration with experienced and motivated colleagues, you will support the development of wind and solar (PV) projects, which will give you a technical, financial, and administrative understanding of renewable energy assets

Kickstart your Career


As our Student Assistant, you will work from our office in Søborg with a specific focus on our business in Brazil. The role encompasses a variety of tasks including document controlling and hands-on administrative tasks, as well as strategic, commercial, and technical tasks. You will have plenty of opportunities to contribute to internal and external workstreams in this role.

Your key day-to-day tasks will include


  • You support the Latin American project team in diverse tasks, including data management, budgeting, due diligence processes, market research and support in the preparation and review of corporate documentation
  • You assist with regulatory tasks like company registration and contract management
  • You support the Project Managers in the development of current and new projects (wind/solar)
  • You will use our project management platform, PLC, for various tasks. This includes tracking project progress, managing documents, and coordinating effectively with team members across different projects.
  • You prepare internal presentations in PowerPoint
  • You help update our Latin American website in collaboration with the Communications department

Your profile


  • You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree at the university level or an equivalent institution within the field of business administration, law, economics, or similar with at least 1,5 years left to graduation
  • Full proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
  • You are a skilled user of the MS Office suite
  • You have an interest in the energy sector and the green transition

It is important that you show flexibility and have good problem-solving skills, as you will be working in a high-paced and multidisciplinary environment.

Location: Søborg, Copenhagen


Start date: April 1st, 2024


Hours: 15-20 hours a week divided into at least 2 flexible block shifts per week at the HQ in Søborg, Denmark
