Your Role

Job Summary

We are looking for two motivated and experienced GenAI Technology Advisors to join our team. As a GenAI Technology Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advisory services on GenAI technology, architecture, and solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and recommending GenAI strategies and solutions to drive innovation and business growth. You will also stay updated on the latest GenAI trends, technologies, and best practices to support the development and implementation of cutting-edge GenAI solutions.

The two GenAI Technology Advisors will be part of the GenAI Lighthouse, recently launched to meet the rapidly increasing demand for generative AI knowledge, solutions and guidelines across the group.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their GenAI technology and solution requirements.
• Provide expert advisory services and recommendations on GenAI strategies and technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend GenAI frameworks, tools, and platforms to support business objectives.
• Design GenAI architectures and solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on GenAI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of GenAI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams involved in GenAI projects.

To succeed, you will need

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of GenAI frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI).
• Proven experience in a professional capacity working with GenAI technologies or data analytics.
• AI Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading GenAI projects from conception to implementation, showing the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
• Strategic AI Planning: Experience in developing GenAI strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives aligned with business objectives, with a track record of driving value through GenAI solutions.

• Ethical Awareness: Given the potential impact of GenAI on society, a GenAI Technology Advisor should demonstrate ethical awareness and promote responsible and ethical GenAI practices while considering the potential social and ethical implications of GenAI solutions.

Location

Preferred in Belgium, China, US, Sweden, or the country with main office of Group IT.
