As our new Global Business Systems Manager, you will play a leading role in developing the operational core, incl. system and tools landscape, and improve efficiency in day-to-day operations for BD & Sales.
Convert business needs to structured development of business critical systems and tools
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing the development and management of critical systems, e.g. CRM, and tools for the commercial frontline, and work closely together with the business, IT, and cross-organizational excellence centers.

Bear in mind that candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

- Ownership of next level efficiency in tools & CRM, incl. new technology adoption
- Ownership of training, user adoption & proficiency in global system & tool landscape
- Responsibility for structured assessment of business systems’ ability to meet user needs
- Responsibility for defining roadmaps for critical systems & tools
- Lead the planning, implementation, and anchoring of new systems/functionalities
- Lead the Global Operational Core community and support it when needed
- Represent and support BD & Sales as part of data driven transition

How to succeed in this position?
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
- A relevant background, preferably with a master’s degree within business, economics, or a related commercially oriented field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM, sales, commercial excellence or related areas.
- A proven track record in building, developing and implementing tools or systems that improve efficiency for commercial organizations.
- A strong business acumen and a good understanding of technology.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A curious and creative mindset.
