Business Support Specialist

Your new department:

As our new business support specialist, you will join our Business Support, Compliance & Governance department which amongst other are responsible for handling the administrative processes related to our legal entities and documents as well as ensuring due diligence on new business partners and respond to know-your-counterparty request from banks and other business partners.

The Business Support, Compliance & Governance team consists of 15 people seated in an open office environment, of which three are handling our legal entities, KYC requests as well as other administrative tasks related to our legal entities.

Your new role:

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our various administrative and supporting processes are handled, in particular focused at in-and outgoing KYC request, are performed and delivered with consistent quality. You will work closely with our legal, asset management and finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • KYC (know-your-customer) processes with banks and other business partners.
  • Screening and monitoring of suppliers and business partners.
  • Develop, implement and monitor compliance procedures.
  • Communication with other departments and external parties regarding corporate changes in Danish and foreign companies
  • Update company lists and overviews
  • Requests regarding bank accounts, VAT, the authority to sign documents, archive corporate documents
  • Handling various tasks related to EE´s legal entities/companies incl. MitID, Penneo, E-boks etc.

Your Profile:

You have

  • You have a bachelor´s degree in administration, law or another relevant education.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience or maybe you are newly graduated.
  • You are an expert user of MS Office, especially in Outlook, Excel, Word and flair for other digital solutions.
  • You master Danish and English at a professional level.
  • User experience with MitID, Penneo, and procedures regarding KYC.
  • SharePoint skill is an advantage

You will be working with many different colleagues with various backgrounds, and you must be good at communicating and building relations. You have an eye for detail, are passionate about administrative tasks, and are good at keeping an overview while juggling various tasks. It is also essential that you have good structural skills, as you will be working in a high-paced and dynamic environment.
