Spare Parts Manager

We are currently looking for manager to our Service Solutions Team in the role as Spare Parts Manager. We are looking for a profile with a strong technical understanding, a commercial mindset and advanced skills within communication and collaboration. The Spare Parts Manager will be responsible for providing day to day leadership, support and guidance to our competent team of Spare Parts employees and setting the department up for future growth and development. You will be taking on a role with broad contact points and will be collaborating closely with other departments i.e., Engineering, Procurement, and our team of Technical Service Engineers. Visible leadership at our locations in Kolding and Tandslet is essential. As a leader, you must provide direction and instill motivation. Building a cohesive team is crucial, embracing employees from diverse backgrounds. We need someone with strong analytical skills and experience in data handling. You will oversee a team of 8 spare parts sellers, taking ownership of processes related to pricing, categorization, and the hands-on management of spare parts. Candidates should possess the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork while demonstrating adaptability and inclusivity. Experience in inventory management and proficiency in relevant software applications is highly desirable.

What will you do:

• Ensure that our customers receive best-in-class service and support when acquiring spare parts.
• Take on ownership of processes and procedures related to spare part sales.
• Develop and refine strategies and guidelines for pricing and positioning.
• Establish and promote data-driven sales processes and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement within Spare Part sales.

• A relevant educational background combined with experience from a similar role.
• A solid experience in technical sales and people management.
• An analytical mindset, acquainted with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong personal skills: We value integrity, drive, and accountability highly.
• Great communication skills in Danish and English, verbal and written.
