Analysis and Modeling: Design mathematical models and numerical simulations to evaluate the behavior of compressors. Perform stress, vibration and thermodynamic analyzes to optimize system performance and durability. Conception and development : Participate in the design and development of new compressors and products by proposing innovative solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate calculation constraints into product design. Validation and Test: Implement test protocols to validate the performance and robustness of the proposed solutions. Interpret test results and suggest modifications if necessary to improve performance. Project Monitoring: Ensure the monitoring of development projects while respecting deadlines and budgets. Collaborate with production teams to guarantee the industrial feasibility of the proposed solutions. Technology watch : Stay informed of technological advances and new methodologies in the field of compression. Propose areas for improvement and innovation to maintain the company's competitiveness. Required Skills : Solid knowledge in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and structural mechanics. Mastery of modeling and simulation tools (CAE, CFD, FEA). Ability to interpret and analyze simulation and test results. Programming skills (Python, MATLAB) for task automation and data analysis. Good understanding of industrial standards and regulations (ISO, ASME, API). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Training and Experience: Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or related field. Previous experience in the compressor or rotating machinery industry is often required. Mastery of specific simulation tools and CAD (Computer Aided Design) software is a plus.
