We are seeking a Product Experience Specialist to refine and ensure the quality of our Project Lifecycle Tool (PLC), a crucial system that serves as the hub for project, financial, and contract management across our company. This vital role supports every department within European Energy, making it foundational to our success and growth.

About the position:
As a Product Experience Specialist, you will take on a critical role in designing user-centric interfaces and ensuring the high-quality performance of the PLC product. Your efforts will improve how our teams manage projects and strategic decisions, directly impacting operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Team:
You will be an integral member of a robust product team that includes developers, a product manager, and other specialists dedicated to the continuous improvement of the PLC product. This team is pivotal as PLC supports the operational needs of every department within European Energy. This is a hybrid position, and we are in the office in Copenhagen at least three days a week, but because we love working close together, we want to be there more.

How You Will Create an Impact:

  • Engage with users from various departments to deeply understand and address their needs, enhancing their daily interaction with the PLC product.
  • Design and refine intuitive user interfaces that boost user satisfaction and enhance interaction efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies to assess and ensure the PLC’s functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate user feedback and uphold stringent quality standards in ongoing product enhancements.
  • Implement continuous feedback mechanisms to drive iterative improvements, ensuring quick and smooth adoption of new features and changes.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Conduct focused user research to constantly advance the user experience.
  • Develop sophisticated UX/UI designs that comply with organizational standards and exceed user expectations.
  • Perform detailed quality assurance testing-both manual and automated-to maintain the PLC's reliability and performance.
  • Work across all levels of the organization to ensure that design and quality are integrated into the product development life cycle.

To Thrive in This Position, We Imagine:

  • You possess a degree in User Interaction, Digital Design, usability or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have proven hands-on experience in UX design or quality assurance, ideally within a product team environment.
  • You are proficient in tools and principles related to UX design or QA, with a strong capability to navigate technical constraints and opportunities.
  • You have solid experience with testing methodologies and tools and are skilled in manual and maybe automated testing.
  • Your exceptional communication and collaboration skills enable you to manage stakeholder relationships and multidisciplinary projects effectively.
