Your Team:

As a key member of the expanding Data & Analytics team within our IT department, you'll work alongside committed professionals dedicated to making our organization more data driven. Our team leverages data to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence, ensuring data accessibility and actionable insights across the company. How You Will Create an Impact:

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting high-quality, scalable data solutions that empower our business units to access and utilize data independently. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of data quality and agility within our analytical platforms. As a part of our 2026 strategy, we will double down on data, using it on our strategic roadmaps to give us a competitive edge. Data is a strategic cornerstone towards our mission to grow into a global force that champions the green transition, develop green energy solutions, and encourage the world to join the movement towards a fossil free society.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain sophisticated data models and databases essential for self-service data products.
• Champion data quality and integrity, implementing standards that ensure analytical accuracy and reliability across data products.
• Design and implement data solutions that facilitate autonomous insight generation by business users.
• Collaborate with various departments to align data architectures with business needs, ensuring effective support for strategic objectives.
• Play a pivotal role in the upgrade and modernization of our data platform to incorporate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Lead the end-to-end development of data products, from conceptualization to deployment, focusing on usability and effectiveness.

To thrive in this position, we imagine:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics engineering or data analytics.
• You are very knowledgeable in SQL and Python. Preferable you have worked with Fabric, Snowflake and/or dbt.
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools, notably Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
• A proven track record of collaborative problem-solving to meet business demands.
• You are able to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, though more is preferable to foster team collaboration and engagement.
