As a Finance Business Partner at Vestas Aircoil, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the finance function of our rapidly growing company. Based at our headquarters in Vejle, Denmark, you'll be part of the financial planning and reporting team and collaborate closely with finance colleagues globally.

Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor on all financial matters, ensuring transparency and expertise in every aspect of our operations.
• Monitor performance for stakeholders, identifying gaps and creating action plans for improvement.
• Drive the implementation of financial processes and ensure seamless changes.
• Participate in M&A activities and assist in integrating new units into our structure.
• Contribute to the implementation of our new ERP system.

What You Bring

We're seeking a candidate with a strong educational background in finance and a wealth of experience in finance business partnering and performance management. Your proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach will be essential in driving success in this role. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
