Student Assistant, Operations Management

Then you might be our new Student Assistant in Operations Management.

Your new team
The Asset Management department consists of 92 colleagues in total, based in Denmark, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, and Brazil. We are responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of power-producing assets, offering asset management and operational services for both internal and external assets. Our Operations Management function is a part of the Asset Management department, focusing on the operation and maintenance of our solar projects in Denmark.
You will be an important part of our Operations Management team, which plays a key role in the technical operation of our solar parks. Together with our Operations Execution department, a committed team of colleagues working on site of our assets, you will secure the production of our assets.
How will you create impact?
As a Student Assistant in our Operations Management department, you will be working across the complete value chain of the O&M service function of European Energy. Supporting the team in the monitoring, dispatching, and reporting activities, you will not only get a detailed insight into solar park operations but also actively contribute to the green transition.
With a fast-growing portfolio of assets under management, you will help us improve processes and foster efficiency in our office-based workstreams. A core element of your work will be linked to the acquisition and usage of site data for internal and external reporting. With several hundred thousand data points collected on multiple levels, you will help to make data the core of our business decisions.

Key responsibilities include
- You will assist the Solar O&M Managers in their activities around our portfolio in Denmark
- You will monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the operating solar parks
- You will help to improve our efficiency in the maintenance of the solar parks
- You will supervise maintenance campaigns and follow up on results and discoveries.
Prerequisites to progress in the job
- You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master´s at university level or an equivalent institution within Technical, Environmental, or Renewables, or similar
- You have a genuine interest in the technical side of operating a solar park
- You are proficient in English, oral and written – if you speak Danish this is a benefit
- You are a confident user of common Microsoft 365 products and have first experience in PowerBI/Tableau
- You are friendly, curious, and eager to learn
