We offer you to become part of a company with many possibilities. As our new Student Assistant, you will function as support to the General Manager and the rest of the organization. You will become part of a highly engaged team, who value delivering a better learning experience to our learners. The work hours are very flexible, and you will have the opportunity to plan your work routines. The expected workload is 15-25 hours a week.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager and HSEQ on a daily basis
• Extraction and analysis of performance data
• Support and creation of performance dashboards
• Automation of workflows
• Assist with continuous improvement projects and activities
• Develop new templates
• Assist in peak periods in all functions Instructors, Planning, Commercial, Customer Service
• Bring forward any suggestions for improvement
• System Administrator for our Asset Management System
• Assist in development of new course material
• Various Ad Hoc tasks

We are looking for

You preferably have at least 1,5 year left of your studies in Esbjerg, and are studying engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, finance, IT, Electronics, or similar that can support our staff.

Your profile:

• Resident in Denmark, near Esbjerg
• Experience with IT systems such as certsafe, Synergi, SAP
• Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel and preferably Power Apps (BI and Automate preferably)
• Experience and interest in data, analytics and improvements
• Pragmatic and open-minded attitude
• Natural attention to detail
• Structured
• Proficiency in oral and written English
• Speaking Danish is a benefit, but not a requirement
• Versatile and helpful
• Independent
• Driver’s license is a benefit
