Grundfos has established a new process to manage, drive and coordinate solutions to complex compliance challenges. With your insight in product compliance management, you will spearhead the process and help steer Grundfos through the many complex regulatory challenges that we foresee. As Lead Product Compliance Board Manager, you will have a key role in securing that Grundfos products and offerings meet global compliance obligations, and you will have a direct impact on improving our product compliance program across the entire value chain. You will become part of a global dedicated product compliance team.

What is the job about?
You will be responsible for driving and managing the Product Compliance Board consisting of key representatives from each Divisions and group functions. The purpose of the board is to decide on activities to take on new complex regulatory requirements, and to act as steering committee for projects initiated under the board. Initial projects are product cyber security, PFAS compliance, Digital Products Passport, European Drinking Water Directive, etc. You will ensure diligent decisions and smooth project oversight.
Key elements of the role involve:
Coordinate and carry out impact analysis for complex compliance matters with cross-Divisional impact in liaison with Divisions & Product Compliance team.
Drive and manage the Product Compliance Board, including ensuring that materials are prepared, discussions are facilitated, decisions are captured, and reporting are made to stakeholders.
Periodical follow-up with projects for which the Product Compliance Board act as steering committee
Conduct prioritization analysis of what should be escalated to the Product Compliance Board, create project descriptions, and set up projects in relevant systems.
Report on activities and risks to stakeholders and other processes, e.g., for Innovation Forum and Enterprise Risk Management process
Build and maintain a broad network, both within Grundfos and externally, to ensure collaboration with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the entire, end-to-end value chain, including but not limited to product development, product management, product information management, group purchasing, supplier quality, customer support.
What do you need to apply?
We are searching for a product professional with significant program/project management experiences/qualifications and general knowledge within product compliance, who can ensure momentum in the board, is influential and good communicator and has business conscious and pragmatic working style.
Background:
We imagine that you have:
University degree or equivalent
5 years of program/project management experience
Experience working with at least one of the product compliance areas (such as cyber security, extended producer responsibility, chemical regulations, product safety, etc.)
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements to easy-to-understand and executable action plans.
Proficient in handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
Ability to plan and implement activities across a broad stakeholder interface.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English
