Drive transparency and effectiveness (financial and non-financial ROI) of the investments made behind channels (e.g. trade marketing, discounts, promotions) and commercial initiatives, implement financial literacy and mindset for starting and leading commercial initiatives
Evaluate the commercial performance of channels and certain key initiatives, own and run the reporting and performance review process required for this
Manage and control resources and budgets allocated to the key initiatives and for the CSCO organization to run
Lead and provide finance support to a number of key specific commercial initiatives and financial processes (commercial planning, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting)
Co-lead Group strategic initiatives as part of achieving the priorities of the Accelerate SAIL’27 strategy with CSCO, CFO, VP Business Finance and Planning
Support the VP Business Finance and Planning in delivering activities to agreed deadlines and providing best-in-class finance business partner support to the organization
Rely on support from a small direct team and a wider Group Finance organization
