Your New Team

Our in-house tax department consists of 7 specialists representing different skills and duties. Your position entails interface to other teams in the company and offers a variety of interesting tasks. You will be part of a committed and motivated team where knowledge sharing and open dialogues describe the very core of our collaboration.

Your New Role

As our new Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will work from our HQ in Søborg, Copenhagen. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with transfer pricing guidelines, providing documentation, and supporting the implementation of TP policies. You will have various interfaces with the other teams in the business, have numerous opportunities to define your role, and grow as a professional.

Scope of Work

• Develop relationships with the finance organization for implementing and maintaining the group transfer pricing
• Educate and train the business organization to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations
• Prepare and update global transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and benchmark studies with external tax advisors
• Centrally perform and review transfer pricing computations and adjustments and manage all pricing procedures
• Perform functional analysis interviews and preparation of intercompany legal agreements
• Monitor OECD and local country developments for new compliance requirements

Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job

• You have a bachelor's or master´s degree in tax, accounting, or economics
• You have relevant experience from an international company, consultancy firm, or the tax authorities
• You are a skilled user of MS Office and advanced experience with Excel
• You are fluent in English. Danish is an advantage

As a person, you are motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented. You have good communication and stakeholder management skills and thrive working in an international environment.
