Develop an understanding of eCommerce in the wholesale channel including the scale, size and retailer capabilities within the channel across all our markets.
Support markets transform ways of working with wholesale ensuring that we move from operating in a traditional model to a model that is reflective of the sales mix and direction of travel of that mix within the channel.
Driving the global adoption and embedment of Digital Shelf tracking throughout eCommerce, sales, marketing and leadership functions across and above the market.
Drive the embedment of Digital Shelf into our global execution model, FIT. As well as building and embedding long-term plans to increase the number of tracked KPIs increasing the effectiveness of Digital Shelf.
Manage our Global Digital Shelf tracking agency, working with them on developments, market integrations and optimising for FIT.
