What is the job about?

As a senior expert on talent management, you play a crucial role in facilitating and setting the future direction of our Grundfos-wide agenda.

In this position, you co-create, design, and implement corporate-wide people practices & interventions around talent management and bring those to life by working together with key stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and people leaders. You work in a team that develops and designs best people practices, processes, tools, platforms, and concepts, to further accelerate talent management in Grundfos. You will work on a range of topics, such as talent reviews, succession management, career navigation, and dialogues.

You will actively participate in communities of practice- and knowledge-sharing across Grundfos. Furthermore, you will act as product owner for some of the talent management people practices and work with your colleagues on a variety of topics, including learning, well-being, engagement, DE&I, leadership, and talent development.

Your main responsibilities:

Co-drive the talent management agenda and communication in Grundfos.
Co-create, develop, and drive the talent management roadmap projects together with colleagues in our Center of Expertise: People & Organisational Growth.
Participate actively in the roll out of talent management initiatives – participating/facilitating/coaching and global implementation.
Project management responsibility within talent management.

This position can be based out from Denmark or as a hybrid position in one of our global offices and is a temporary position lasting 12 month with the possibility of extension.

Your background

We imagine that you have the following:

Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
1-3 years of proven relevant experience in a talent management position
Proven experience working in a multicultural, global, large-size matrix company setup
Proven presence and ability to facilitate, roll out, and implement talent management initiatives, interventions, and offerings on a global scale.
Proven stakeholder management skills with previous experience with navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Ability to handle hands-on, practical aspects of global initiatives and processes
Experience working with external vendors on large-size, global projects
Comprehensive communication skills and fluency in English
