What We Offer:

As our Managing Director, you'll be at the helm of our Spanish operations, driving sustainable topline growth and productivity improvements. You'll lead a dedicated team and manage a full spectrum of responsibilities including operations, sales, budgeting, and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and structure operations across all markets.
• Financial Management: Take full P&L responsibility, manage budgets, and report KPIs.
• Strategic Development: Craft and implement strategies for growth and market expansion.
• Customer Relations: Navigate complex customer standards and acquire new business.
• Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Integration and Expansion: Integrate First Cargo with BHS Logistics’ processes and spearhead new initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in the transport industry, with a strong operational background.
• Leadership: Exceptional team-building and leadership skills.
• Digital Skills: Proficient in IT with a forward-thinking approach to digitalization.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in pharma transport is advantageous.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred. Danish language skills are a bonus.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel abroad.
