Your expertise in paid media will be crucial in helping us understand the performance of our initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Job Overview

  • Real-time performance tracking with analytical tasks (GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest Business Manager) to standardize and prepare reports for media summaries.
  • Data analysis and reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for paid media and channel performance analytics, as well as on-demand campaign analysis to identify strategic opportunities and facilitate changes to hit and exceed forecasts and KPIs.
  • Sharing insights for future decision-making and assisting with paid media strategy by analyzing performance and forecasting with local markets and agencies. This includes identifying areas of channel efficiency related to media and business KPIs, and exploring growth opportunities.
  • Tracking paid media naming conventions and providing creative performance insights.
  • Supporting paid media competitive research.
  • Based in London with remote working; occasional commuting to the London office and travel to the Denmark office may be required.

Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in paid digital media and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest Business Manager is essential.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable stories for diverse audiences.
  • Agency experience.
  • Experience with any data visualization tools, Power BI, or marketing mix modeling is an advantage.
  • Experience working in an omnichannel retail environment.
