This is particularly true for our ERP solution - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - which is used globally at Bolia since early 2021. While our ERP solution is based on standard functionalities, it is extensively customized to support complex business events and achieve a high level of process automation. This customization allows us to tailor the system precisely to our needs, greatly contributing to the growth journey we are on. But our ambitions go even further, and we want to get even more value from our ERP solution. Therefore, we need a new colleague to join the team and help make that happen.

Your Responsibilities

As Bolia’s ERP Developer, you’ll be a pivotal part of the IT Applications team, shaping and enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. You’ll be making a real impact by streamlining processes, improving daily workflows, and ensuring our system exceeds expectations. No two days will be the same – here’s what you’ll dive into:

• Develop and customize ERP modules that bring our business to life, working closely with your IT and business colleagues.
• Integrations to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. This includes Bolia.com, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft D365 CE, PowerPlatform, Microsoft Cloud POS, Payment Providers, PIM etc.
• Boost performance, scalability, and security across the board.
• Test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and bring innovative ideas that push us forward.
• Support your colleagues by keeping the system updated and fully operational.

Your Skills

At Bolia, personality and mindset are just as important as skills. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Tech Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O – from designing to coding in X++, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Problem Solver: You’re quick to translate business needs into smart, technical solutions.
• Team Player: You collaborate effortlessly with IT consultants, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Proactive Attitude: You’re always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and raise the bar.
• Communication: You’ve got strong skills in both Danish and English.
• Service-Minded: Helping colleagues is your thing, and you do it with a smile.

The IT Applications team consists of a Senior IT Solution Consultant, three IT Solution Consultants, and a Business Intelligence Consultant. While we currently rely on several trusted external developers for ERP development, as our first in-house ERP developer, you will have substantial responsibility in shaping our IT agenda. A large portion of our activities will still be handled by external partners, so effective vendor management is crucial. In this role, you will often collaborate closely with both your team members and the external consultants and developers to define and accomplish tasks. You will also have plenty of opportunities for professional sparring with our external developers.
