At Novonesis IT, we are excited about our future in enabling business through technology. To achieve this, we embrace a lean-agile mindset and ways of working. As a newly combined IT organization we are on a journey towards aligned ways of working.
Therefore, we are looking for an agile coach to help teams and IT colleagues apply and benefit from our ways of working (WoW) framework. This framework covers the portfolio, project, and team layer. It the ecosystem through which the project portfolio is prioritized, ideas are matured into projects, solutions are delivered incrementally and iteratively, and teams prioritize and execute deliverables.
You will work with IT colleagues and Product Owners in business to maximize value delivered by the IT organization and improve customer engagement.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:
- Coaching, advising, and mentoring colleagues and teams in agile practices such as flow principles, scrum, incremental delivery, agile project execution, product management, and user/customer centricity.
- Ensuring lean-agile ways of working are easily understood and applied to bring value to the team and IT ecosystem.
- Spreading lean-agile practices throughout the IT organization.
- Providing guidance on using Azure DevOps to support the planning and execution of project work and changes to existing solutions, ensuring transparency on progress, and providing hints on improvement area. We use Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and boards for teams, projects, and our portfolio.
- Building a strong practice around agile project execution and supporting the evolution of our Agile Playbook.
To succeed, you must have:
- Extensive experience with agile practices and methodologies in agile project execution.
- Relevant Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe certification with a proven track record in training and coaching others, and applying agile practices in a pragmatic way that fits with the context of the team etc.
- Experience with business transformations, comfort in dynamic environments, and excellence in execution.
- Strong communication and change management skills, with a flair for unlocking passion in others.
- The ability to vary your personal style between being a coach, trainer, advisor, and servant leader, responding to your audience.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Typically, these characteristics are acquired through a master’s degree in business or technology and some years of consultancy experience.
